	Waipahu Comples PBS Parent Night The Waipahu Complex PBS Parent Night will be held at Waipahu Inter on 4/4 from 6pm-7:30pm.
	Seeking Donations for End of the Year HSA Celebration Waipahu High School is excited to host its first Hawaii State Assessment Celebration in effort to increase proficiency in the Hawaii State Assessment (HSA) in Mathematics and English. The Hawaii State Assessment is administered to the Sophomores three times a year. We will be inviting all students who met or exceeded proficiency levels to this celebration. Our celebration will be held on Friday, May 18, 2012. Waipahu High School is asking for your support in donating money, goods, services and/or certificates to be used as incentives and/or door prizes during our celebration. If you are interested in making a donation to our Hawaii State Assessment Celebration, please contact Geraldine Valencia, at (808) 528-9513 or through email at geraldine_valencia@notes.k12.hi.us.
	Help Earn Over $50,000 for Our School!! Here's how the Bank for Education program works: --From September 26 through December 15, 2011, Waipahu High School will receive up to $30 for each qualified account* opened at American Savings Bank when the accountholder designates our school. --Plus, American Savings Bank will award $10,000 to the school receiving the most qualified designations in each of the four counties (Hawaii County, City and Country of Honolulu, Kauai County and Maui County). --And, three schools will receive an award of $50,000 each. Schools will be categorized according to their enrollment numbers. Awards will go to the school receiving the most qualified designations in their group.
