These summer opportunity are available to all interested Marauders. There are two summer offerings for our students to challenge their abilities. Both will be held at Waipahu High School and at NO COST to students.
GenCyber Camp, July 22nd - July 26th, 9 am to 3 pm
Waipahu High School will be hosting our GenCyber Camp. The camp will be everyday from 9:00AM to 3:00pm and is FREE! This is a great opportunity to learn more about cyber security, networking and coding. Participants need to be incoming 9th graders- Seniors.

Summer Engineering Academy, June 10th - July 22nd, 8 am to noon
Are you a good problem solver? Do you like to design, draw, and build? Interested in learning about autonomous cars? Have you ever wanted to build a robot?
Honolulu Community College is once again pleased to sponsor the Summer Engineering Academy from June 10 - July 19 at Waipahu High School. Daily sessions will be from 8:00-12:00, Monday-Friday. Students will be rotated every two weeks through a different challenge and will have the opportunity to learn about engineering processes in different career areas. Best of all, there is NO COST to the student.
Students will also have a weekly meeting to learn and prepare for entry in the University of Hawaii system. One hour each week will be dedicated to learn about resources and to build understanding about what their responsibilities are to get into the University system.
Please see Ms. Kinjo or Ms. Yahiku-Hiromoto in the counseling office for a packet or download it below. Fill out your information and turn it in as soon as possible. Only 60 slots are available. You do not need to be in the Academy of Industrial and Engineering Technology or engineering pathway to join. All are welcomed. This is an exciting opportunity to learn and develop new passions and interests.
