Updated 3.24.20: COVID-19 Information released by HIDOE

March 24, 2020 - Superintendent Kishimoto issued a Letter to Parents (LTP) to extend the closure of schools until April 30th, 2020.  Traditional in-school instruction is placed on hold until school re-opens. For more information, click on the document below dated March 24, 2020.

Aloha Parents, Guardians, and Students of Waipahu High School, 

We hope that this message finds you in good health and spirits.  As we enter this week of the extended spring break, please rest assured that the faculty and staff at Waipahu High School are meeting virtually to develop a selection of maintenance and enrichment learning opportunities.  Information on upcoming assignments for the week of March 30, 2020 will be posted on our website or through a mass message by the end of this week

March 19, 2020 - Aloha Parents, Students, and Families,
Effective Thursday, March 19, 2020, Waipahu High School will be closed.  Students are anticipated to return to school on April 7, 2020.  Should you contact our office for assistance, we will respond to you shortly after school reopens, tentatively set for April 7, 2020.  Please refer to Hawaii DOE's website at for updates and latest news.  Mahalo.
HIDOE Officials issued the following letters that were sent home with students. The letters provide updates of DOE guidelines regarding COVID-19 (CoronaVirus), travel advisories and changes to school scheduled events and calendars.
