Waipahu High welcomes 14 High Schools and Organizations from across the state to the 2023 Insight-Onsite Conference. The two-day conference provides visiting schools and organizations a glimpse of Waipahu High’s Academy structure and features in an effort to refine or build a similar Academy structure at their schools to support their programs.
Participants will tour the campus and attend breakout sessions to talk to teachers and students about the work and benefits of an Academy structured school. They will learn about the successes and challenges the school faced to move to the Academy structure.
