The APPS Culinary Arts Pathway is an award-winning program that prepares students for an exciting career in culinary arts, baking, and pastry arts.  Taught by experienced professionals and enriched by partnerships with some of the top names in Hawaii's food & restaurant industry, APPS Culinary Arts students produce delectable delights of every description.  Students learn industry-standard food safety and kitchen procedures, prepare a huge variety of gourmet creations, and participate in prestigious culinary events.
